DNA 1st Thursday Afterhours presents Color Blinding featuring Kristen Reichert & Greg Classen

Color Blinding DNA First Thursday Afterhours Nick Jacobs PhotoGood friends Kristen Reichert and Greg Classen team up to bring Color Blinding to DNA with a month long art show full of color and large scale art.

Kristen Reichert has a degree in art from UC Santa Barbara. She has shown with RAW and and several of her paintings have been published in NYU’s journal, The Minetta Review. Her current collection of portraits plays with the use of color as a way to unify different techniques while simultaneously creating a juxtaposition among opposites

Greg Classen focuses on photo realism. Constructing a moment through his paintings rather than freezing time through a photograph. He has a degree in studio art and has been practicing for over six years.

See my interview with the artists here.
